Ghar Tak Grocery (GTG) acts as a local delivery facilitator. By using this app, you understand that:
- Orders are fulfilled by independent local stores listed on our platform.
- Product availability and quality are the responsibility of the respective merchant.
- We aim for the fastest delivery but times may vary based on traffic or store load.
2. No-Account Policy
We respect your time and privacy. GTG does not require a formal registration or login process.
- Any personal details (Name, Phone, Address) provided in the profile are stored locally on your device.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to ensure successful fulfillment.
3. Payments & Charges
All transactions are currently based on Cash on Delivery (CoD). Prices are subject to the local market rates of the selected store. A small service fee may be applied to support our rider community.
4. User Conduct
To maintain a safe community, we strictly prohibit:
- Providing fake or unreachable addresses.
- Misbehavior or harassment towards delivery partners.
- Abuse of the "No-Account" system to place fraudulent orders.
Note: Violations may result in your device being blocked from using GTG services in the future.
